Business Development Manager – KSA

About the role

Join BIC World, a global FMCG leader, as a Business Development Manager responsible for driving growth of the Shavers, Lighters and Stationery categories in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will develop and execute strategic business plans, manage distributor relationships and work to increase sales, market share and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies, conduct market analysis and set KPIs for sales growth and profitability.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new distributors while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, negotiating contracts and pricing.
• Collaborate with distributors to execute sales and marketing plans, provide training and tools, and monitor performance.
• Prepare and manage budgets, track financial performance and work with finance for accurate forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, and mitigate associated risks.
• Report market performance and business development activities to senior management and coordinate with internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in business development, sales or FMCG/consumer goods.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong knowledge of the KSA market and business practices.
• Proven track record in distributor management and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking, analytical abilities and leadership experience.
