Business Development Manager – Managed Services

About the role

Müller's Solutions is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to lead growth for its Managed Services division. You will create new opportunities, tailor solutions to client challenges, and drive revenue while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and promote business development strategies specific to Managed Services.
• Identify, pursue, and manage the full sales cycle for new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering customized solutions.
• Conduct market research to spot trends and adjust tactics.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to design integrated service offerings.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
• Monitor sales metrics, generate performance reports, and track targets.
• Represent Müller's Solutions at industry events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of business development experience, preferably in managed services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong analytical ability and leadership mindset.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
