Business Development Manager - Marble Industry

About the role

Arteco Ceramics LLC, based in Dubai and serving clients in the UAE, GCC and the Middle East, is looking for a full-time on-site Business Development Manager. The company distributes porcelain ceramic tiles, slabs, mosaics, sanitary wares and roofing tiles from leading manufacturers worldwide. The role combines business development with people management of the outdoor sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and build and maintain client relationships
• Develop strategic partnerships
• Promote the product portfolio by specifying and re-specifying with architects, designers and contractors to drive sales growth
• Manage the outdoor sales team
• Represent the company at design events and exhibitions

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Experience in the building materials or construction industry
• Knowledge of porcelain ceramic tiles, slabs, mosaics, sanitary wares and roofing tiles
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Only candidates with experience in ceramic, porcelain, marble, sanitary ware, kitchens or furniture
