Business Development Manager – Payments Solutions

About the role
noon is expanding its payments ecosystem across the Middle East and seeks a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for its payment gateway solutions. You will work closely with prospects to understand their needs and position noon payments as a strategic partner.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients in assigned territories and industry verticals.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns and other outreach methods.
- Conduct needs assessments and design customized payment processing strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to proposal, negotiation and closing.
- Maintain relationships with top acquiring banks in the region.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while providing regular market insights to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- 5‑7 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in technology, fintech or payments.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
