Business Development Manager - Personal Finance

About the role

Emirates NBD Global Services is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in its Personal Finance business. The role covers sales, team leadership, customer acquisition and compliance, working closely with Credit, Risk, Compliance and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Personal Finance sales, revenue and disbursement targets, and grow the portfolio and pipeline
• Identify new business channels, cross-sell opportunities and new customer segments
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets, and monitor productivity, pipeline and conversion
• Build strong customer relationships to support retention, referrals and repeat business
• Work with Credit, Risk, Compliance and Operations to resolve cases and improve turnaround times
• Ensure sales activities comply with KYC, AML, regulatory, credit and internal policy requirements
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to find growth opportunities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• CFA, CWM or equivalent wealth management certification preferred
• Ongoing professional development in regulatory and digital banking trends
