Business Development Manager – Tiles & Sanitary Ware

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to lead growth for our Tiles & Sanitary Ware division in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the tiles, sanitary ware and building materials sector.
• Generate leads and convert them into long‑term contracts with contractors, consultants, developers and trading companies.
• Negotiate terms, close deals and ensure profitable sales outcomes.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, providing ongoing support and service.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies for the UAE construction market.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Strong knowledge of tiles, sanitary ware or related building materials.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and closing abilities.
• Good understanding of the UAE construction and building‑materials market.
• Existing relationships with contractors, consultants, developers or trading firms are a plus.
• Arabic speaking ability is an advantage.
