Business Development Manager – Travel Solutions (Dubai)

About the role

FCM Travel is seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to drive new business for its travel solutions brand in Dubai. You will manage extended sales cycles, build client relationships and secure tender wins across the corporate travel market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the FCM brand.
• Develop strategic plans and liaise with key stakeholders to create and close sales opportunities.
• Generate leads through cold‑calling, networking, face‑to‑face appointments and tender submissions.
• Contribute to the overall growth strategy and wider business plan.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development within a corporate travel B2B environment.
• Experience across the Middle East, Africa or GCC region is desirable.
• Proven ability to navigate tender processes and identify key decision‑makers.
• Professional self‑presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
