Business Development Manager (Treasury FIG)

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead its Treasury Financial Institutions Group (FIG) in the United Arab Emirates. The role sits at the intersection of fintech, treasury, and corporate banking, driving new revenue streams and managing strategic relationships with global banking partners.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between Revolut and its banking partners, engaging senior coverage teams and managing the end‑to‑end deal process.
• Identify, evaluate and pursue new business opportunities within the treasury and CIO space, from initial pitch to implementation.
• Conduct due‑diligence, negotiate terms and ensure compliance with banking risk and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on strategic initiatives and deliver viable revenue‑generating solutions.
• Maintain and expand the portfolio of financial institution counterparties worldwide.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or relationship management within financial services, preferably in treasury, fintech or corporate banking.
• Strong track record of closing complex deals and managing senior‑level stakeholder relationships.
• Deep understanding of banking risk, regulations and the fintech ecosystem.
• Ability to work autonomously, drive projects to completion and thrive in a fast‑growing environment.
