Business Development Officer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Officer to drive growth and expand client relationships across the UAE market. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships and promoting our services to prospective clients in various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and decision‑makers.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Generate leads through networking, client meetings, referrals, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
• Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and commercial offers aligned with client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
• Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and industry forums.
• Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and business development forecasts for management.
• Ensure professional follow‑up with clients and maintain long‑term business relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales or client acquisition within the UAE/GCC market.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and securing new business opportunities.
• Experience in manpower outsourcing, recruitment, staffing, HR solutions or service‑based industries (preferred).
• Strong understanding of UAE business practices and corporate culture.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM software.
