About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to identify and acquire new customers. Using our existing customer database and other resources, you will expand our client base and generate qualified leads across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential customers using the company’s database and market research.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
Manage a portfolio of 200‑300 customers, ensuring regular communication and follow‑up.
Generate and qualify leads, turning them into sales opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to align prospects with appropriate solutions.

Required profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a large customer portfolio.
Results‑driven mindset with a focus on meeting lead generation targets.
