About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on generating leads and acquiring clients through inbound and outbound calls and other sales channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify prospects, conduct follow‑ups and present relevant services.
  • Maintain the sales pipeline and collaborate closely with consultants to convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Use CRM systems to record accurate sales and lead information.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in business development, inside sales, tele‑sales or lead generation, preferably in consulting or professional services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage decision‑makers.
  • Target‑driven, proactive and results‑oriented approach.

Required skills

  • Client acquisition, lead generation, outbound calling.
  • CRM systems usage.
  • Knowledge of tax, accounting, audit, compliance, corporate tax, VAT, e‑invoicing, transfer pricing, AML, bookkeeping and company formation.
