Business Development Sales Executive

About the role

ES Premier Uniforms & Sportswear is looking for a motivated Business Development Sales Executive to expand its B2B footprint across the UAE. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, meeting prospective clients, and securing orders for uniforms, workwear, sportswear, and customized apparel.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new potential B2B customers across Abu Dhabi and other UAE markets.
• Generate leads through outdoor visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, online research, business directories, and existing contacts.
• Visit prospective clients to understand their uniform, workwear, sportswear, and customized apparel requirements.
• Present ES Premier’s product range, customization services, manufacturing capabilities, and company profile professionally.
• Develop relationships with companies, schools, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, construction firms, sports academies, government entities, and event organizers.
• Prepare and submit quotations based on customer specifications and coordinate with design, production, procurement, and operations teams.
• Follow up consistently on quotations, samples, approvals, payments, and pending decisions.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales or business development experience in the UAE.
• Experience in uniforms, garments, building materials, promotional products or related B2B sales is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of outdoor sales and customer acquisition.
• Ability to generate new leads independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
