Business Development Specialist – Architecture & Civil Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive new opportunities for our architectural and civil engineering services. The role focuses on building relationships with key stakeholders in the UAE construction sector and converting leads into projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, investors, real‑estate brokers and property owners.
• Promote the company’s design, approval and supervision services.
• Attend client meetings and networking events.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate with the technical team.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and projects.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales or client acquisition within the UAE construction, engineering or architecture sector.
• Existing network of contractors, developers, brokers or investors is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
• Self‑motivated and target‑oriented.
