Business Development Specialist

About the role

The Business Development Specialist will drive growth of our laboratory and healthcare services by identifying new opportunities and building strategic partnerships. You will work closely with internal teams and external healthcare stakeholders to expand market presence and increase revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, research institutions, and strategic partners.
• Develop and execute business development and sales strategies for laboratory and healthcare services.
• Manage key accounts, business leads, proposals, and commercial negotiations through to closure.
• Coordinate with laboratory, operations, marketing, and management teams to support client requirements and service implementation.
• Represent the organization during client meetings, industry events, conferences, and other business development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, relationship‑building, and strategic planning skills.
• Good understanding of sales, account management, and business development processes.
• Ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals, corporate clients, and internal technical teams.
