Business Development Specialist - Merchant Acquisition

About the role

Keeta is looking for a driven, relationship-oriented Business Development Specialist to support the expansion of its merchant network in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. You will identify and onboard new restaurant partners and manage and grow the existing ones.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and onboard new restaurant partners across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, expanding the merchant network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants, increasing their activity and deepening long-term partnerships.
• Support merchant onboarding, launch and operational setup so they have a smooth experience on the platform.
• Gather merchant feedback to support operational strategies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Product teams on merchant growth initiatives.
• Monitor merchant performance and identify ways to improve engagement, growth and business results.
• Provide day-to-day support to merchants and act as a trusted point of contact.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience and a valid UAE driver's licence are mandatory.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in business development, merchant acquisition, sales, partnerships or account management.
• Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, internet platforms or local F&B services is a plus.
