Business Manager

About the role

The Business Manager will lead the CEO Office on corporate restructuring and strategic projects, acting as the primary liaison between internal teams and external advisors. This senior position is based in Ajman and requires frequent travel across the UAE and GCC to coordinate with authorities and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead corporate restructuring initiatives, including SPV formation, unit de‑linking, and holding‑structure changes.
• Coordinate with consultants, lawyers, tax advisers, auditors, banks, and government authorities.
• Translate consultant recommendations into detailed task plans with owners, due dates, dependencies, and decision points.
• Maintain master project tracker, action register, decision log, risk/dependency log, and weekly status dashboard.
• Escalate gaps, delays, and risks to the CEO with factual impact analysis and recommended actions.
• Prepare clear minutes of meetings, CEO updates, and follow‑up notes for consultants.
• Ensure all deliverables, approvals, and documentation are properly recorded and traceable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Engineering or related field.
• Preferred MBA, PMP/PRINCE2, LLB, or corporate governance qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of project‑management experience on strategic or restructuring projects, including at least 3 years in the UAE/GCC.
• Industry experience in real‑estate project coordination across cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• Proficiency with MS Project or similar project‑tracking tools (Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana).
• Exposure to ERP and CRM systems.
