Business Operations Manager

About the role

The Business Operations Manager will enhance the effectiveness and performance of Dubai Holding Land Estates (DHLE) Operations by providing analytical insight, business planning support, and structured follow‑up across all operational departments. The role translates strategic priorities set by the COO into actionable plans, monitors progress, and ensures measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse operational performance across all DHLE departments to identify gaps, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance dashboards summarising progress against KPIs and key deliverables.
• Support the Executive Director and COO in preparing operational reports and decision‑support analyses.
• Monitor stakeholder activity and progress to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Coordinate the preparation, consolidation and tracking of departmental business plans, objectives and KPIs.
• Track key initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic and operational priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business operations, performance analysis or related fields.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience preparing executive‑level reports and dashboards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
