Business Partner Europe West – Construction Accessories

About the role

The Business Partner supports the Europe West Market Unit for PERI's Construction Accessories Business Unit. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role requires regular travel across Europe West and to the company headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the Business Unit strategy within the assigned Market Unit in close collaboration with regional stakeholders and central functions.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends to drive sustainable growth.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market and sales initiatives aligned with the Business Unit plan.
• Act as the primary interface between the Business Unit and the Market Unit, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Support local organisations in achieving commercial objectives by spotting improvement opportunities and leading strategic initiatives.
• Monitor business performance, analyse KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Market Analytics, Product Management and regional leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, including international exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economics or Commercial Business Administration.
• Proven experience in commercial and sales activities within construction or supply sectors.
• Deep market knowledge of segments, customers and competition in Europe West.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop long‑term marketing strategies.
• Fluent in English and one local language.
• Strong influencer and team‑player attitude.
