Business Performance & Reporting Officer (Outsource)

About the role

The Business Performance & Reporting Officer will lead performance monitoring and management reporting across Customer Segments, ADIB@Work, Liabilities and Takaful. The role provides visibility, decision support and continuous improvement for senior banking stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated management reporting solutions, executive scorecards and performance monitoring interfaces.
• Provide regular and ad‑hoc reporting on portfolio performance, acquisition, balances, payroll activity, product penetration and campaign outcomes.
• Support business planning, portfolio reviews, target tracking and translate requirements into structured reporting solutions.
• Act as liaison for reporting platforms, system enhancements and automation initiatives, including UAT and post‑implementation support.
• Ensure reports are accurate, timely and backed by reconciliation and control checks; maintain documentation and support audit requests.
• Build effective cross‑functional relationships with the Head of Customer Segmentation and other business leaders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking, insurance, wealth, business performance or management reporting.
• Strong understanding of retail banking products, customer segments, liabilities and Takaful activities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI and other reporting platforms.
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools.
• Ability to convert complex business information into clear commentary and actionable recommendations.
