Business Process Principal Consultant – Customer Industry Solutions

About the role

Join SAP as a Business Process Principal Consultant focused on Customer Industry Solutions. You will lead AI‑driven innovation projects for clients in manufacturing, energy, consumer products and professional services, turning business challenges into high‑impact AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and FDE‑style boot camps with business and IT stakeholders to identify and prioritize industry AI opportunities.
• Define high‑value AI use cases, translating business problems into implementable solutions using AI tools, agent architecture and measurable KPIs.
• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of use cases, from requirements gathering and prototyping to deployment and outcome validation.
• Deliver rapid value by applying an iterative model that puts measurable results into production within weeks.
• Build and enrich SAP’s Industry AI portfolio by documenting financial and operational benefits and creating reusable assets for global use.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of industry experience in manufacturing, energy & natural resources, consumer products or professional services, with deep operational knowledge.
• Hands‑on expertise in defining Agentic AI solutions, focusing on data readiness, process fit and measurable outcomes.
• Proven product‑management or consulting track record delivering complex transformation programs to senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive‑level communication and facilitation skills for workshops and discovery sessions.
