Business Relationship Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Relationship Manager to lead our professional and corporate services business in Dubai. The role involves overseeing a small team, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless delivery of company formation, licensing, and visa services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all corporate services, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with government bodies, free‑zone authorities, accounting and legal firms.
• Lead a team of up to five professionals, providing guidance and performance oversight.
• Drive company formation, licensing structuring, and visa processing initiatives.
• Provide business consulting support to clients throughout their setup journey.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional corporate services experience in the UAE.
• Proven background in company formation, business set‑up, licensing, and visa processing.
• Track record working with major UAE free zones such as DIFC, DMCC and IFZA.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Currently residing in Dubai.
