Business Setup Advisor

About the role

Richman Associate is seeking a Business Setup Advisor to expand its B2B partnership network across the UAE. You will use your existing contacts and develop new relationships with document‑clearing centres, PRO service providers, accounting firms, real‑estate brokers and other complementary businesses to generate a steady pipeline of referrals and directly advise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage and activate your current network to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with partner businesses such as document‑clearing firms, PRO providers, consultancies and brokers.
• Advise clients on optimal business setup, licensing and visa options based on their specific needs.
• Represent Richman Associate at networking events and business community gatherings.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up on referred leads through to conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of partner activity, leads and conversions.
• Stay updated on UAE free‑zone and mainland regulations, licensing and visa procedures.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in business‑setup, PRO services, document clearing or related UAE consultancy.
• Existing network of contacts in the sector that can be activated quickly.
• Track record of generating business through partnerships or referrals.
• Comfortable working toward sales targets with a commission‑linked structure.
• Strong understanding of UAE company formation, licensing and visa processes.
• Self‑driven, field‑based and relationship‑heavy; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu a plus.
