Business Setup Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and client‑focused Business Setup Advisor to guide entrepreneurs, investors, and companies through the process of establishing and expanding their businesses in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with prospective clients to understand their business activities, objectives, ownership structure, and investment requirements.
• Advise on suitable mainland, free‑zone and offshore setup options and explain licensing, visa and corporate structure requirements.
• Prepare and present customized business‑setup proposals and quotations.
• Convert leads into clients through effective consultation, follow‑up, negotiation and relationship management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, government authorities, free zones, banks, PRO teams and other service providers to facilitate company formation.
• Collect and verify client documentation to ensure complete and accurate applications.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the setup process and provide timely updates.
• Identify opportunities for additional services such as visa processing, corporate banking, accounting, tax, PRO, insurance and other business support.
• Record leads, opportunities, client communications and sales activities in the CRM and achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in UAE business setup, company formation, corporate services, real estate, banking or a consultative sales role.
