Business Setup Consultant

About the role

The Business Setup Consultant will advise clients on optimal business structures, licensing options, and regulatory requirements for establishing companies in both Free Zone and Mainland jurisdictions in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client needs assessments and prepare tailored business setup plans.
• Coordinate with government and regulatory authorities to facilitate licensing and formation processes.
• Support clients through documentation, PRO services, and project timeline monitoring.
• Analyze market conditions and present clear recommendations to clients.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and interpret regulatory requirements.
• Experience in consulting, preferably within business setup or corporate advisory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field; certifications in consulting or project management are a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Foundational knowledge of finance for basic business planning and cost analysis.
• Familiarity with UAE business setup processes, including Free Zone and Mainland regulations.
