Business Setup Consultant – Spanish Speaker

About the role

The Business Setup Consultant – Spanish Speaker will assist Spanish‑speaking clients in establishing and expanding their businesses across the UAE. Based on‑site in Dubai, you will guide clients through company formation, licensing, regulatory compliance and banking setup.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and prepare documentation for company formation and licensing.
• Coordinate with government authorities, banks and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.
• Maintain accurate client records, follow up on pending applications and manage client portfolios.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to the firm’s reputation for high‑quality consulting.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to evaluate business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Experience in business setup, corporate services or management consulting within the UAE (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of UAE business regulations, free zones and mainland company formation processes.
• Foundational understanding of finance, banking and trade finance coordination.
