About the role

We are seeking a passionate Business Studies Teacher to join GEMS Cambridge International Private School in Sharjah. The successful candidate will deliver GCSE and A‑Level Business Studies to high‑performing students, fostering a dynamic learning environment aligned with the National Curriculum for England.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess Business Studies lessons for GCSE and A‑Level cohorts.
• Develop engaging curriculum materials and resources that meet national standards.
• Monitor student progress, provide feedback and support high‑achieving learners.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development and school events.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to school improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Studies or a related discipline.
• Qualified teacher status (e.g., B.Ed or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching GCSE and A‑Level Business Studies in an English‑based curriculum.
• Demonstrated track record of outstanding teaching and student outcomes.
