About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious teacher to join a leading international school in Fujairah. The role involves delivering Business Studies and IT lessons to a diverse student body while contributing to the school’s continued growth and academic excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver effective, student‑centred Business Studies and IT lessons in a well‑planned, vibrant learning environment.
• Collaborate closely with middle leaders, administrators and fellow teachers to improve pedagogy and student outcomes.
• Participate in team planning, curriculum development and quality‑assurance processes.
• Support Section/Key Stage Leaders and Heads of Department in raising academic standards.
• Contribute to parent‑engagement programmes and ensure compliance with the UAE teaching framework.
• Mentor and coach colleagues, conduct peer observations and develop action plans.
• Lead professional‑development initiatives and share best practices across the school.

Required profile

• Passionate, dynamic educator with a desire to build an international teaching career.
• Experience teaching Business Studies and/or IT is an advantage.
• UK‑trained teachers are expected to act as lead practitioners and support colleague development.
• Familiarity with the UAE education framework and a commitment to high‑quality teaching standards.
