About the role

As a Butler at Anantara Downtown Dubai, you will be the primary point of contact for guests staying in our luxury accommodations, delivering highly personalized and anticipatory service that exceeds expectations. You will work closely with the hotel team to ensure every aspect of the guest experience is flawless, from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide discreet, efficient assistance to guests, anticipating their needs and preferences at all times.
• Manage the guest’s in‑room experience, including welcome amenities, turndown service, and special requests.
• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and cleanliness of assigned rooms, working with housekeeping and engineering teams.
• Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and service interactions to personalize future stays.
• Act as a liaison between guests and hotel departments, ensuring seamless communication and swift resolution of issues.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or a similar guest‑service role is preferred.
