Butler – Luxury Guest Services

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Butler to deliver extraordinary, personalized service to guests staying in our hotel Villas and Suites. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring each stay becomes a memorable experience through attentive, proactive assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a comprehensive orientation of the assigned Villa or Suite.
• Serve as the main point of contact throughout the stay, handling all guest requests and arrangements.
• Identify and anticipate guest needs, delivering tailored and personalized service.
• Coordinate with the Front Office Guest Service Team and other departments to fulfil requests such as in‑room dining, restaurant reservations, laundry, spa bookings, and special occasions.
• Work with operational teams (housekeeping, maintenance, pool services) to ensure discreet access to the Villa/Suite when required.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of in‑room facilities, technology and services.
• Inform guests about hotel facilities, promotions and activities in a helpful manner.
• Record guest feedback using QMS, Glitch or PMS systems.
• Ensure a warm farewell by being present at guest departure.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Front Office or similar hospitality role.
• Strong English communication skills with excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Computer literate; experience with Opera PMS is a plus.
• Guest‑focused, courteous, proactive, and able to work dynamically in a luxury environment.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, teamwork orientation and respect for cultural differences.
