Butler – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Butler to join the luxury hospitality team at Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort in Ras Al‑Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As the personal ambassador for our guests, you will deliver personalized, high‑end service that anticipates needs and creates memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with genuine warmth, assist with luggage, unpacking and room orientation.
• Manage all guest requests, including laundry, housekeeping coordination, room maintenance and concierge services such as restaurant reservations and travel arrangements.
• Maintain impeccable room standards through daily inspections and personalized upkeep.
• Anticipate guest preferences by maintaining detailed guest profiles and proactively offering services.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, front office and guest services to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism, empathy and decisive resolution.
• Perform food and beverage service duties, including meal preparation, room service delivery and beverage service.
• Provide concierge assistance for internet connectivity, technical support and local information.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and comply with health, safety, fire and security procedures.
• Attend daily briefings, maintain logbooks and communicate guest feedback to supervisors.

Required profile

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
• Advanced guest service expertise with a proven ability to deliver luxury hospitality.
• Proficiency with hotel management systems.
