Butler Runner – Luxury Hotel Service

About the role

The Butler Runner supports the Executive Butler team in delivering seamless, personalized luxury experiences for guests at two premier Dubai properties. This on‑site role involves moving throughout the hotel, handling guest requests, and ensuring operational supplies are stocked.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver on‑call guest items such as flowers, balloons, amenities, and special gifts.
• Coordinate pressing, laundry, and signature wake‑up beverage services.
• Assist with setup and clearance of the property’s signature bath rituals.
• Work with In‑Room Dining and other departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
• Conduct daily inventory checks of operational supplies, baby amenities, and guest‑requested items, replenishing as needed.
• Collect, inspect, and deliver guest garments for pressing, reporting any stains or damage.
• Manage collection, storage, and replenishment of reusable service items after guest departures, following lost‑and‑found procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Previous hospitality or guest‑service experience preferred (housekeeping, F&B, valet, etc.).
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
