About the role
As a Butler at St. Regis Dubai, you will deliver bespoke, high‑touch experiences for guests from pre‑arrival through departure. The role is the face of the Butler program, acting as a luxury ambassador and ensuring personalized service at every touchpoint. You will work on your feet, moving around the property and handling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance while maintaining professional appearance and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized services throughout the guest journey, coordinating with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
- Lead and coordinate Butler Valets, ensuring all supporting teams are prepared to deliver seamless service.
- Build rapport with guests, anticipate their needs proactively, and act on requests promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months of related hospitality experience.
- Fluent Russian speaker (mandatory).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
