Butler Services Manager

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, a luxury beach‑side resort slated to open in Spring 2027, is seeking a Manager to lead its Butler Services team. The role oversees villa operations, VIP guest experiences and ensures the highest standards of service, privacy and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and motivate the Butler Services team to deliver world‑class service.
• Oversee daily villa operations, guest arrivals, departures and in‑villa experiences.
• Manage scheduling, task assignments, performance evaluations and staff grooming.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues and maintain accurate service logs.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Doorperson and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor villa presentation, cleanliness, maintenance standards and inventory of amenities.
• Greet VIP guests at the airport, manage restaurant, spa and transportation bookings.
• Develop training programs, write operating procedures and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in luxury hospitality or guest service management.
• At least 2 years experience in butler services for a large Forbes 5‑Star property.
• Proven leadership, team‑management and training abilities.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable attention to detail, grooming and professional etiquette.
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varied hours.
