About the role

We are seeking an experienced Butler / VIP Housekeeper to provide exceptional, personalized service in a high‑profile private residence. The role ensures seamless daily operations while upholding the highest standards of hospitality, discretion and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to principals and guests, ensuring a seamless and luxury residential experience.
• Oversee daily household operations and coordinate with housekeeping, culinary, security, and maintenance teams.
• Manage formal and informal dining service, including table setting, food and beverage service, and event support.
• Organize and prepare the residence for family arrivals, departures, meetings, and special occasions.
• Maintain inventories of household supplies, luxury items, and guest amenities.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and personal requests as required.
• Ensure the residence is maintained to impeccable standards at all times.
• Supervise and support household staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Luxury Service, Hotel Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Butler, Head Butler, or in luxury hospitality within private households, royal residences, VIP families, yachts, or 5‑star hotels.
• Formal Butler training from a recognized institution is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of international etiquette, protocol, and luxury service standards.
