Buyer – Aircraft Parts Procurement

About the role

Join Bombardier’s new Abu Dhabi Service Center, a state‑of‑the‑art MRO facility launching in Q1 2027. As a Buyer, you will ensure the timely acquisition of parts, tools and materials required to support the full Bombardier aircraft portfolio across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and forecast part and material requirements to meet customer aircraft service needs.
• Locate, initiate and expedite purchases by communicating with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Track order status, manage shortages, and provide updates to management.
• Prioritize critical paths, schedule deliveries and represent the department in meetings.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized and manual filing systems.
• Create internal orders, part numbers and handle order adjustments or cancellations.

Required profile

• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and establish residence.
• UAE nationals strongly encouraged; candidates currently based in the UAE preferred.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with suppliers, supervisors and managers.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced MRO environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
