Buyer - Procurement

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a proactive Buyer to join its Procurement team, supporting the Food & Beverage department of the upcoming integrated resort. The role involves sourcing, negotiating and ordering goods and services while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and process purchase orders for food and beverage supplies in line with end‑user requirements.
• Enter and maintain accurate purchasing data, including requisitions, order corrections and cancellations.
• Monitor cost‑effectiveness and quality by tracking price, availability and lead‑times.
• Prepare and analyse supply‑chain performance reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring contractual compliance and timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with inventory control and end users to optimise stock levels and minimise waste.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in food & beverage procurement within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Familiarity with BirchStreet procurement software (preferred).
• Excellent communication, strong integrity and ability to work under pressure.
