C++ Developer (High-Frequency Trading)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing proprietary trading firm looking for a skilled C++ developer to build next‑generation, ultra‑low latency trading infrastructure. The role involves working on market connectivity, core platform optimisation and high‑load performance‑critical systems, either on‑site in Dubai or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement market link connectivity systems.
• Optimise high‑frequency trading applications for minimal latency.
• Build and maintain high‑load, performance‑critical C++ systems.
• Collaborate with trading, data and engineering teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of modern C++ development experience.
• Strong background in high‑load, low‑latency system design.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with distributed systems is preferred.

Required skills

• Modern C++ (C++11/14/17).
• High‑load, low‑latency system design.

• FIX protocol knowledge (nice to have).
