CAFM Coordinator – Facility Management

About the role
Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced CAFM Coordinator to support daily facilities management operations, oversee CAFM workflow management and monitor performance across its Sharjah sites.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the CAFM system, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
- Upload, track and audit work orders for preventive, corrective, reliability, fit‑out and unit turn‑on activities.
- Maintain accurate records of material flow and transactions in the Yardi CAFM platform.
- Prepare performance reports and operational dashboards for management review.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to meet priority timelines and resolve breached work orders.
- Support continuous improvement of CAFM processes and overall operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facilities Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years of UAE facilities management experience, with proven CAFM system expertise.
