CAFM Specialist / Technical Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a CAFM Specialist / Technical Support Specialist to support a government client in the UAE. The role involves operating and providing technical support for the existing CAFM system as part of large‑scale digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure the CAFM system, including asset management and preventive planned maintenance.
• Set up, monitor, and manage work order workflows and help‑desk service requests.
• Prepare KPI and SLA performance reports and maintain accurate system records.
• Provide user support, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with the CAFM provider Rosmiman.
• Monitor data quality, system performance, and operational compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with CAFM or facilities management systems.
• Strong knowledge of asset management, PPM, work orders, help‑desk operations, KPIs and SLAs.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to join within a short period.
