Call Center Agent

About the role

A friendly, professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent is sought to handle customer inquiries, give information about company products or services and resolve routine issues efficiently. The position is full-time and on-site in Dubai, UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and make outgoing calls when required.
• Answer questions about products, services and procedures, and escalate complex complaints to the right department.
• Record interactions, inquiries, complaints and follow-ups in the company system and follow up with customers.
• Meet performance targets for call quality, response time and customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies, call scripts and procedures, and protect customer information.
• Work with other departments, attend training and team meetings, and perform other duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous call center, customer service, telesales or similar experience preferred.
• Good command of English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
• Full-time on-site availability in Dubai, including shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Basic computer skills: email, spreadsheets and customer management systems.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and stay calm with complaints.
