About the role
We are looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to handle a high volume of patient calls, schedule appointments, and support sales initiatives. The role combines customer service with outbound sales, requiring strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and respond to a high volume of patient calls.
- Greet patients, schedule appointments and follow‑up visits for new and existing patients.
- Use the electronic records system to create and update patient information.
- Call patients to assist with rescheduling as needed.
- Initiate sales calls, listen to customer needs, and generate repeat sales.
- Answer product or package questions and meet sales quotas.
- Promote new offers and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in telesales or as a call‑center agent.
- Willingness to work night shifts (7 pm–7 am) or weekends as required.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with electronic records systems.
