Camp Boss – Facility & Accommodation Manager

About the role

The Camp Boss is responsible for the overall management and administration of employee accommodation facilities, ensuring the welfare, safety, and comfort of camp residents. This role oversees all aspects of camp operations, including housekeeping, catering, maintenance, security, and transportation, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of labor camps and staff accommodation facilities.
• Maintain camp facilities in a clean, safe, and hygienic condition.
• Oversee room allocations, occupancy records, and employee accommodation databases.
• Supervise catering contractors, ensuring quality, hygiene, and timely meal delivery.
• Coordinate housekeeping staff and oversee maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local labor accommodation regulations.
• Work with security personnel to maintain camp safety, discipline, and order.
• Coordinate transportation schedules between camps and work sites.
• Prepare regular operational reports and maintain records of inspections, incidents, and expenses.
• Liaise with HR, Administration, Operations, and HSE departments on camp‑related matters.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or Facilities Management.
