Camunda Developer (3-5 yrs) – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Camunda Developer to join an IT services firm in Dubai. The role focuses on designing, developing and maintaining workflow and business process automation solutions using Camunda BPM.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement workflows using Camunda BPM/BPMN.
• Integrate business processes with enterprise applications and APIs.
• Work with BPMN 2.0, DMN and workflow automation standards.
• Develop backend services and integrations using Java and Spring Boot.
• Connect Camunda with REST APIs, micro‑services and databases.
• Troubleshoot, optimise and maintain existing Camunda workflows.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects and development teams.
• Participate in testing, deployment, documentation and production support.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Camunda BPM.
• Good knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and DMN.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience developing/integrating REST APIs and micro‑services.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and Git version control.
• Strong debugging and problem‑solving abilities.
• Previous experience in an IT services or consulting environment is a plus.
