Capital Market Analyst

About the role

The Capital Market Analyst will support the execution of real‑estate capital‑markets and investment advisory assignments across the UAE and the wider GCC. You will gain exposure to transactions, financial modelling, market research, valuations and the preparation of client and investor materials.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team in executing acquisition, disposal and investment transactions, including due‑diligence, data collection and preparation of transaction materials.
• Build and maintain financial models in MS Excel to assess investments, performing DCF, IRR, NPV, cash‑flow and sensitivity analyses.
• Conduct research on Dubai and GCC real‑estate markets, analysing benchmarks, demand‑supply dynamics and investment drivers.
• Prepare information memorandums, pitchbooks, investment teasers and client presentations for investors and institutional partners.
• Support business‑development activities by identifying potential investment opportunities and new prospects.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and financial foundation.
• Interest in real‑estate investments and capital‑markets.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced advisory environment.
• Junior‑level experience (minimum 1 month of relevant exposure).
