Capital Projects Transformation Analyst - Emiratization & UAE Talent Development

About the role

Join Accenture Strategy & Consulting's Capital Projects practice to help leading organisations improve planning, governance, execution and performance of large‑scale capital investments across sectors such as energy, utilities, infrastructure and manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Support project controls and PMO activities across major capital programmes.
• Analyse cost, schedule, risk and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and earned‑value management reporting.
• Support governance, assurance, stage‑gate reviews and executive reporting.
• Contribute to portfolio dashboards and business‑intelligence solutions.
• Gather business requirements and document process‑improvement recommendations.
• Support implementation and optimisation of capital‑project systems and digital solutions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to synthesise data into meaningful business insights.
• Attention to detail with a structured delivery approach.
• Experience or exposure to capital projects, PMO or consulting is highly desirable.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Finance, Economics or related field.
