Capital Projects Transformation Consultant - Emiratization & UAE Talent Development

About the role

Join Accenture Strategy & Consulting's Capital Projects practice to help clients transform the planning, governance and delivery of major investments. You will work with senior executives, project sponsors and PMOs to improve performance, strengthen controls and enable digital transformation across capital‑intensive industries.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on project controls, governance, capital planning and delivery transformation.
• Assess and enhance operating models, PMO effectiveness and cost, schedule and performance management.
• Develop governance frameworks, stage‑gate models and assurance processes.
• Conduct schedule, risk and earned‑value reviews and define reporting requirements and executive dashboards.
• Facilitate workshops, support implementation of project management platforms and prepare executive‑level presentations and business cases.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and stakeholder‑management capabilities with experience engaging senior business and project stakeholders.
• Ability to structure complex problems, deliver practical solutions and demonstrate analytical and commercial acumen.
• Proven experience in capital projects consulting, PMO, project controls or related sectors; certifications such as PMP, AACE CCP, PMI‑SP or PRINCE2 are preferred.
