Cardiac Anesthesiologist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The role involves providing specialized anesthesia care for patients undergoing cardiac surgery and complex cardiovascular procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for cardiac and cardiovascular surgeries, including pre‑operative assessments.
• Administer and monitor anesthesia during complex cardiac procedures and support cardiopulmonary bypass.
• Manage intra‑operative hemodynamic monitoring and ensure cardiovascular stability.
• Deliver post‑operative anesthesia care in the cardiac intensive care unit and handle peri‑operative emergencies.
• Collaborate with surgeons, perfusionists, intensivists and maintain accurate medical records.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MD/DNB in Anesthesiology or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Additional fellowship or specialized training in Cardiac Anesthesia preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of post‑specialization experience in cardiac surgery anesthesia.
