About the role

We are seeking a skilled Mason to join our construction team in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality masonry work on a variety of infrastructure projects, ensuring precision and craftsmanship in every task.

Key responsibilities

• Perform brickwork, blockwork, stonework, plastering, screeding, and concrete repairs according to project specifications and drawings.
• Read, interpret, and analyze construction drawings, layouts, and work instructions to ensure accurate execution.
• Construct and repair walls, partitions, foundations, pavements, and other structural elements with attention to detail.
• Prepare, mix, and manage mortar, cement, and other construction materials to required standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe, organized condition.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Mason on active construction projects.
• Physical fitness to work in demanding site conditions, including Dubai’s climate.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
