Carpenter

About the role

The Carpenter will be responsible for building, installing, and repairing a variety of interior structures and finishes throughout the property. This position requires hands‑on work, adherence to safety standards, and interaction with guests and team members in a professional manner.

Key responsibilities

• Build, install, and repair walls, partitions, drywall, wallpaper, millwork, molding, and faux finishes.
• Install and repair laminate finishes and perform rough‑in framing for doors, windows, and cabinetry.
• Construct and maintain wood structures such as partitions, doors, and furniture.
• Carry out minor repairs including tightening fixtures, changing light bulbs, and patching wall holes.
• Order supplies, complete requisitions, and coordinate with approved vendors.
• Load, transport, and unload freight using hand trucks and elevators.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years related carpentry or construction experience.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Willingness to follow company safety policies and complete required training.
