Case Manager (Applied Behavioral Analysis)

About the role

The Case Manager will deliver programming based on Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) best practices, track treatment gains, and manage a dedicated caseload of clients. Reporting directly to the Clinical Director, the role combines direct client interaction with supervisory duties.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily group meetings and provide feedback to the therapy department.
• Develop program schedules aligned with student IEP objectives and adjust staff schedules as needed.
• Support therapy staff in delivering 1:1 mediation programs.
• Prepare clients' guardians and families for mediation procedures.
• Document and maintain organized records, including individualized education plans, monthly clinic notes, case review notes, and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide a minimum of 10 hours of direct contact with students each week.
• Train new staff by modeling proper on‑shift conduct.
• Compose yearly staff assessments for supervised personnel.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience applying ABA principles and supervising staff.
• Master's degree in Education, Special Education, or Psychology.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or enrollment in a BCBA certification program.
• Strong relational abilities and proficient command of English.
